We are currently hiring a
Part-Time Superintendent/Heavy Duty Cleaner
for a condominium located in
Newcastle
. We're looking for a dependable, hard-working individual with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Position Details:
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Compensation:
$19.25/hour
Employment Type:
Part-time.
Location:
Newcastle.
Role Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, elevators, hallways, gyms, and lounges.
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb changes and small repairs as directed by the Property Manager.
Conduct suite and hallway inspections.
Complete minor touch-up painting and respond to tenant maintenance requests as needed.
Maintain the garbage room and remove waste from public bins.
