We are seeking an experienced Project Control Officer (PCO) to support multiple high priority enterprise initiatives for a leading organization in the utilities and technology sector. This role will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to coordinate project activities, maintain reporting processes, support governance, and ensure successful execution of project deliverables. The ideal candidate has strong project coordination experience, excellent organizational skills, and exposure to enterprise technology initiatives including cyber security and AI enablement programs such as Microsoft Copilot. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Reporting Support project managers in coordinating day to day project activities Track project progress, action items, risks, issues, and status updates Prepare and maintain project status reports and reporting logs Escalate risks and blockers where required Assist with budgeting and project tracking activities Documentation & Governance Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure documentation is reviewed, updated, and organized Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, and follow up actions Suppo
