Responsibilities: Identify and analyze startups for potential investment (pre-seed and seed stage) Conduct market research, due diligence, and financial analysis Support preparation of investment memos, presentations, and internal reports Work closely with founders during the acceleration program Maintain and update the startup pipeline database Assist in structuring investment deals and post-investment tracking Collaborate with internal and external partners, including universities and incubators Represent the fund at startup events, demo days, and networking opportunities Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related fields Proven interest or experience in startups, investments, or consulting Solid understanding of venture capital instruments (SAFE, Convertible Note, etc.) Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills Proficient in Uzbek, English, and Russian (all three are mandatory) Excellent MS Excel / PowerPoint / Google Workspace skills Ready to work onsite full-time in our Tashkent office Perks: Work in a mission-driven team shaping Uzbekistan’s venture ecosystem Opportunity for fast professional growth a
