We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Strategic Project Management team. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized specialist who wants to grow in project management and participate in strategic banking initiatives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project task execution and monitor project timelines Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items Communicate with business units and key stakeholders on project-related matters Monitor project risks, statuses, and dependencies Escalate project issues and blockers when necessary Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields 1+ year of experience in project management, consulting, banking, or business support roles Good command of English and Russian Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Nice to Have: Experience working on cross-functional projects Understanding of banking processes Experience preparing presentations and management re
