We are looking for a Head of Food Processing Operations to lead all operational aspects of our slaughterhouse and meat processing units. Reporting directly to the COO, you will own the full cycle — from the investment phase (technology selection, commissioning, regulatory approvals) through production start-up and steady-state operations. You will manage production, logistics, and compliance while coordinating closely with parallel departments such as Broiler Production and QMS. Responsibilities: Develop and implement internal regulations, instructions, and infrastructure requirements for food processing. Manage production start-ups and ensure operational readiness and compliance with standards. Help obtain and manage all permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals. Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution of raw materials and finished products. Ensure compliance with wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, and other environmental requirements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with forecasts, analyses, and recommendations. Liaise with local authorities, regulators, and supervisory bodies.
