We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support to the organization and its subsidiary and holding entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for legal advisory, contract management, regulatory compliance, and representation of the company in legal matters across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities: Provide full legal support to the organization and affiliated companies Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare legal opinions Identify legal risks and develop effective mitigation strategies Support business operations within the Economy, Finance, Banking, Energy, and Construction sectors Participate in drafting legislative and regulatory documents when required Advise management on corporate law and regulatory compliance matters Requirements: Proven experience in legal research, legal writing, and litigation Strong experience in contract negotiation and legal agreement review Experience in drafting legislative act
