Responsibilities: Structure and analyze strategic tasks (business cases, scenarios, sensitivity analysis, benchmarking); Prepare presentations and materials for management in Russian and English with clear recommendations; Coordinate projects: timelines, task tracking, RACI, meetings, and action follow-up; Communicate with key departments to align scope, expectations, and dependencies; Monitor progress of multiple parallel initiatives and report risks and issues; Identify risks and prepare mitigation plans; Support corporate project management procedures and process improvement initiatives. Requirements: Excellent analytical and problem-structuring skills; Experience with financial modeling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis; Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
