Requirements of product manager are as follows: Must have at least 5-10 years of experience as a construction or mining equipment service engineer or service trainer or troubleshooting engineer or over 10 years of experience in the construction or mining equipment machinery industry; Know well with mining/road machinery (WL, EX, MG, BD, Mining trucks, RL, PV, Milling) - A resume showing experience working at Komatsu, Hitachi or Caterpillar is preferred. Must be able to work in the two core markets of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and be willing to travel to other Central Asian countries as needed; Fluent in Russian and English (Kazakh is preferred); Other basic requirements are the same as those in the attachment. Purpose for position: Responsible for preparing product service training materials, conduct training and examination of dealers’ service team, providing technical support to dealers and customers. Research on the local market service requirements, and support dealers and subsidiary engineers for product service, product operation and maintenance.
