Your day-to-day: Build strong and effective development team. Identify capability gaps and define learning priorities. Design and implement structured learning programs. Measure training effectiveness (KPIs, performance, behavioral impact). Continuously improve learning solutions based on feedback and business needs. Act as a business partner to commercial teams. Manage stakeholder engagement and capture learning needs. Plan and facilitate trainings, workshops, and engagement sessions. Lead L&D projects across the commercial organization. Who we're looking for: 3–5 years of experience in learning development. Fluent English (written and spoken) is preferrable. Proven experience in training delivery and business facilitation.
