Requirements: Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong academic performance with a keen interest in accounting and finance. Minimum GPA – 3.5/4.33 or 3.3/4.0. Basic knowledge of IFRS would be an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English (at least upper intermediate level of English and advanced level of Russian). Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications. General Responsibilities: Support engagement teams in the financial statement close process (FSCP) by improving quality and timing of period-end closing process in the companies. Assist in transformation of financial statements from local standards to IFRS. Support the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations. Assist in preparation of corporate accounting policies.
