Role Summary
We are hiring for this role, where the selected candidate will work on a project focused on
desktop application installation

quality engineering
. You'll help ensure reliable and smooth installation experiences while contributing to test automation and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the team to ensure
high-quality desktop installation
experiences across different scenarios.
Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
Build and maintain
automated tests
for installer-related workflows.
Validate workflows such as installation, upgrade,
patching
,
repair
,
rollback
, and
uninstallation
.
Test installer behavior across different
Windows
environments, system settings, and user permissions.
Investigate and reproduce reported issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
Identify opportunities to improve testing processes through automation and better tooling.
