Above all, we are seeking creative and committed individuals-so come and join our 8,000 passionate employees! **Reference number** 2026-176861 **Job details** **Domain** Production **Job field / Job profile** Customer services and support - Customer support forecasting **Job title** Demand Planner **Employment type** Permanent **Professional category** Employees / Staff **Part time / Full time** Full-time **Job description** - Assist in Developing Demand forecast and demand plan. - Responsible to support the MRO Planning team in day-to-day operations including but not limited to, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, KPI's and other day to day functions as required. - Prepare and support civil and military Programs by running reports to determine the inventory levels and tracking. - Responsible to work with the MRO Stores on day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, placing orders with Wesco / Raising AMR's, prioritization, cycle count management, troubleshoot SAP issues. - Expedite urgent parts from the moment they arrive on site until delivered to MRO Stores. -Manage and improve forecast accuracy and measure the accuracy. - Manage proactively the risks of shortage, define and monitor the short / medium / long term recovery plans with different stakeholders to satisfy customer requirements. **Candidate skills & requirements** - Must possess excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to be proactive and innovative in approach. - Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, a vast and in-depth working level knowledge of SAP and Excel is mandatory. - Detailed understanding of Supply planning and Purchase Request to Purchase Order management, results driven, excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to co-ordinate several projects/task at any given time. - Manage deadlines. - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. - Proactive, thorough and time management skills.
