Responsibilities Handle room reservations, booking inquiries, and guest requests professionally. Process reservation confirmations, modifications, and cancellations accurately. Provide guests with information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel facilities. Coordinate with Front Office and Sales departments regarding booking arrangements. Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information in the system. Ensure excellent customer service during telephone, email, and online communications. Prepare daily reservation reports and occupancy updates. Qualifications Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservation or front office operations. Familiar with hotel reservation systems and booking procedures. Good communication and customer service skills. Able to work accurately and handle multiple booking requests efficiently. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
