Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and assist them upon arrival and departure. Open doors for guests and provide assistance with directions or general inquiries. Coordinate with Bellboy, Concierge, and Front Office to ensure smooth guest service. Assist guests with luggage handling when necessary. Monitor hotel entrance areas to maintain cleanliness, order, and security. Support guest transportation arrangements and taxi services. Maintain professional appearance and provide friendly customer service at all times. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in hospitality or guest service is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Professional appearance and disciplined attitude. Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Basic English communication skills are preferred.
