Responsibilities Supervise afternoon and evening operational activities to ensure efficient hotel operations. Monitor staff performance, guest services, and operational workflow during the shift. Coordinate with all departments regarding guest requests and operational needs. Handle guest complaints, incidents, and operational challenges professionally. Ensure hotel operational standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures are maintained. Conduct shift briefings and prepare operational handover reports. Support management in maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction Qualifications Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel operations or supervisory role. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good understanding of hotel operational standards and guest service. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Professional appearance and disciplined attitude. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
