We specialize in fast, secure, and global connectivity through advanced eSIM mobile solutions for 3+ million active users. Our innovative app allows to manage multiple eSiMs within a single account - allowing users to effortlessly juggle several plans and share connectivity. ✨ About the Role We are expanding our support team and looking for a specialist who can comfortably work during daytime hours in the UTC+3 time zone (main shift: 14:00–22:00 ). This role is ideal for candidates living in time zones where these hours correspond to their morning and early afternoon. 📝 Responsibilities Full-time, 100% Remote. Main shift 14:00–22:00 UTC+3, 5 working days + 2 days off per week. Temporary partial coverage of late evening/night hours (UTC+3) may be required during team vacation periods (this will still fall within your local daytime or evening hours). Text-only support via chat (Intercom), with no phone calls. Handling first-line customer inquiries
