You will oversee all store operations—including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and team leadership—while delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store success as a key KKV team member. 1. Sales & Profitability Meet and exceed monthly sales/profit targets set by headquarters. Use data analysis to track performance, spot trends, and implement improvement strategies. Analyze competitors to stay competitive and adjust strategies as needed. Control costs to optimize profitability. 2. Customer Experience Create a welcoming, safe shopping environment that reflects KKV’s trendy, vibrant brand. Ensure all staff consistently meet high customer service standards. Address customer feedback and complaints professionally. 3. Store Operations Manage store assets (inventory, displays, equipment) for safety and efficiency.
