What this position is about – Purpose In this role, you will provide full-cycle People & Culture support to Global Supply Chain (Manufacturing) teams. You will ensure timely and accurate delivery of P&C processes, including recruitment, reporting, and employee lifecycle administration, in line with global standards. You will act as a trusted partner for line managers, ensuring efficient hiring, high-quality data reporting (P&C KPIs), and seamless employee experience across all stages. What will you do – Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews coordination, and candidate communication Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases Organize internal job postings and promote vacancies across channels P&C Operations & Administration Prepare job offers, transfer offers, and compensation scenarios within agreed timelines Coordinate onboarding process, including induction, medical checks, and system access Ensure accurate and timely initiation of hiring processes in internal systems Maintain documentation and employee records in line with company standards Reporting & Analytics Deliver accu
