Orica, a global leader in mining and infrastructure solutions, is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Almaty. What you’ll do: Manage end-to-end procurement processes (from requisition to delivery: PR, PO, timeline control) Work with suppliers: request quotations, negotiate terms, and monitor order execution Coordinate logistics and track shipments Collaborate with internal stakeholders on volumes, timelines, and requirements Control documentation, invoices, and payments together with Finance Ensure compliance with procedures and drive process improvements Professional management of requests in the field of logistics and freight forwarding Practical knowledge of customs requirements and procedures for handling import cargo Understanding of key customs processes and regulatory requirements in import operations Experience in customs clearance and support of import shipments What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience in procurement / logistics / supply chain Hands-on experience with logistics and international trade (required) Experience with ERP systems (SAP) Strong Excel / MS Office skills English proficiency Strong coordination skills and attention to detai
