Description
The position
The Team Leader (ITM) leads and supervises youth workers across four sites. This role is designed to focus on quality, capacity and capability of operational staff within the permanency support program and address the needs of the young people in our programs through the following:
Support and training of Youth Workers to complete their respective responsibilities to an appropriate standard.
Monitoring and identifying areas for improvement of the Youth Worker’s direct work with young people in the residential and community setting.
Ensuring high-quality support for young people that are transitioning into an interim care 1:1 model of care.
Monitoring performance data and supporting Youth Workers to complete documentation requirements and ensuring Care Teams are supporting Youth Wor
