Position Summary
As a key member of the Inside Sales team at the Stratford branch, you will be required to coordinate and process Inside Sales orders, provide technical knowledge and detailed product specifications to meet customer needs. This position will focus on supporting the agricultural and residential light gauge division.
This position reports directly to the Inside Sales Supervisor.
Key Accountabilities
Customer Service: Providing high levels of customer service through professional and expeditious communication on the phone and via email. Understanding and delivering customer needs. Consistent and proactive follow-up.
Sales Growth: Driving sales growth by educating, offering / upselling other Vicwest products to accompany customers’ orders.
Order Coordination: Maintaining contact with customers to ensure orders are processed,
