The External Sales Manager plays a pivotal role within GC Crédit-Bail Québec Inc., reporting directly to the Head of Sales for Toronto and Quebec. This position is designed for a motivated and proactive individual who is eager to contribute to the company's growth and enhance our service offerings. You will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, effective networking, and thorough research within the industry.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers and partners across various sectors, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual growth.
Lead the onboarding process for new suppliers, coordinating needs assessment and ensuring efficient management of required documentation.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries received via phone or email, reflecting our commitment to delivering quality customer service.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, administration, service) to ensure the prompt follow-up on rental requests and smooth process navigation.
