As Financial Controller for Labour Management, you’ll work across facilities and divisions, partnering closely with clinical and operational leaders to understand labour demand, control cost and improve productivity. You’ll bring clarity to complex data, influence decision‑making at senior level and help shape how we plan and deploy our workforce across HCA Healthcare UK.
This is a highly visible role with real breadth. You’ll balance hands‑on analysis with strategic thinking, combining financial rigour with a deep understanding of rostering, temporary staffing and workforce systems.
