We are currently looking to hire a full-time Senior Manager to join the Tax Shared Services management team. Reporting to the Head of Tax Shared Services, the primary role of the Senior Manager is to provide support and guidance to both the geographical teams in Canada and the Tax Shared Services team located outside Canada. The Senior Manager's responsibilities will be governing and optimizing offshore assurance delivery across PECS. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure offshore work is high quality, appropriately deployed, effectively trained, and aligned to capacity and budget targets, while delivering measurable value to partners and engagement teams
