Our talent attraction team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Talent Attraction Manager to support a complex, fast-paced Tax portfolio. In this role, you will bring strong business and recruitment judgment, paired with a strategic mindset focused on attracting highly skilled and specialized talent. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, navigate competing priorities with confidence, and deliver a candidate experience that is thoughtful, responsive, and consistent from first conversation to offer.
Working closely with the Talent Attraction Lead, you will support the growth of the Tax client group as the firm continues to grow its footprint across Canada.
