Location: McDonald's Colwood (1742 Island Hwy, Victoria, BC V9B 1H8)
Available to Work:
24/7 availability required (7-8 hours per day, 5 days per week; includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends)
Starting Wage:
$20.15 per hour

This is a permanent full-time position responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, leading team members, and ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
Position Summary
The Food Service Supervisor works in a fast-paced team environment to lead and coordinate staff during scheduled 7-8 hour shifts. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability to ensure operational standards and performance expectations are consistently achieved.
