We are immediately seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Coordinator to support daily manufacturing and production operations in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will coordinate production schedules, monitor workflow progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure materials and resources are available to meet operational deadlines. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temporary, 6 month contract.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily production activities and scheduling to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery
Track production timelines, inventory levels, and material availability to prevent delays
Communicate effectively with internal departments including operations, purchasing, warehouse, and quality assurance
Prepare and maintain production reports, work orders, schedules, and related documentation
Coordinate with technicians on the shop floor
Monitor production workflow to ensure deadlines, productivity targets, and quality standards are consistently met
Assist with inventory control processes, including stock tracking and material reconciliation
