Development of operational strategies and implementation of new work methods. Coordination of production, logistics, and purchasing departments. Resource and Warehouse Management: Inventory management, procurement planning, prevention of downtime and shortages. Implementation of digital technologies and equipment management. Quality Control: Quality control of provided products or services. Monitoring plan implementation and promptly resolving deviations. HR Management: Training, team motivation, and increasing employee engagement. Finance and Risk Management: Reduction of operating costs. Identification and mitigation of business threats.
