We are focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous growth. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Safety Monitoring Specialist to join our Safety Department. Responsibilities Fleet Safety Monitoring & Operations Control Monitor driver activity via ELD, GPS, and dashcam systems Track and report safety violations (speeding, harsh braking, HOS violations) Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance across fleet operations Review daily logs and safety events Support incident and accident reporting process Communicate with drivers regarding safety issues and corrective actions Maintain accurate safety and compliance records Support dispatch and operations in risk prevention Requirements Basic understanding of logistics or transportation operations Knowledge or willingness to learn DOT/FMCSA regulations Strong attention to detail and responsibility Good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Excel, email, systems) English proficiency preferred Skills Safety Monitoring Compliance Manageme
