Duties: Support and maintenance of Data Center infrastructure and environment; Backend hardware support and maintenance; Installation, administration and support of storage systems (NetApp, Dell EMC, HP 3PAR, EVA, MSA); Installation and support of server infrastructure (HP Blade, Cisco UCS, HP ProLiant, converged systems); Administration of backup systems and tape libraries; Windows Server administration and recovery procedures; Monitoring of infrastructure, reporting and inventory control; Incident, request, asset, configuration and capacity management via ITSM; Hardware installation, replacement and decommissioning through Change Management; Data Center operations support, including power, cooling and facilities coordination; Support of SAP, CCTV, ACS and enterprise systems infrastructure; Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity activities; Remote sites support and infrastructure maintenance; Supervision of engineers and team activity planning; Documentation development and maintenance for ITSM processes and policies.
