Requirements:
Language: English (spoken and written) and French is an asset.
Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree is an asset.
Experience: 5 – 7 years experience in IT with at least 3 in a leadership role.
Strong understanding in change management, cybersecurity, and audit practices.
Strong leadership skills and team management skills.
Proficiency in project management software, IT service management tools, and productivity suites.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise direct reports, providing guidance and support for daily operations.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment, ensuring the team meets performance goals.
IT Systems & Applications Management
Manage critical production systems, including PI, Proficy, Elixir to ensure they are functioning optimally.
Oversee the mill’s domain, applications, and all related IT systems to ensure proper integration and continuous availability.
Administer licenses for various software and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
Collaborate with and support 3rd party groups aligned with business functions such as SAP and Empath.
