Job Description

**Job Title:** Inventory Analyst **Location:** Calgary, AB Our client is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join their team. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be part of the Reconciliation team supporting finance and sales partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Description:** + Perform daily transactional inventory reconciliation across multiple distribution terminals in Canada. + Analyze abnormal stock variations and lead troubleshooting efforts with internal and external stakeholders. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) for accurate month-end closure. + Contribute to achieving key performance indicators that impact business outcomes. + Collaborate across functions to resolve inventory variances, supporting front office and customer-facing teams. **Qualifications:** + Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. + At least 3 years of experience in reconciliation, inventory management, or accounting. + Working knowledge of SAP S4, SAP Fiori, or similar ERP systems related to hydrocarbon movements. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including the MS Power platform. + Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and excellent interpersonal skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and impactful role within the energy sector. + Exposure to logistics management, commodity scheduling, and terminal operations. + Development of comprehensive understanding of product movement and deal cycles. + Collaborative work environment supporting professional growth. + Chance to contribute to a company committed to operational excellence and innovation.
