We are looking for the Human Resources Intern (Learning and Development) to be a part of our Human Resources team located in Almaty What We Expect: Create and maintain L&D documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Actively participate in departmental and cross-functional projects involving L&D components. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS): Ensure timely and accurate data entry. Monitor data quality and consistency. Generate reports and analytics. Upload and update learning content. Support training preparation and logistics. Onboard new employees on how to use the internal LMS and access learning resources. Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to monitor and support the official learning process. Create and publish posts on the corporate media platform about training programs Qualifications : Higher education; Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; English - Intermediate and above; Responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail;
