The Position
The position of Summer Fun Program Team Lead offers an opportunity to connect with the Nation’s children (ages 5 -11) in a recreational and educational manner, providing positive mentorship to them and guidance to the youth employees in the program. This position will be managed by the Wellness Centre Manager and the Wellness Centre Program Supervisor and will be under the general guidance of the Child Wellness Coordinator. The Summer Fun Program Team Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for their respective participant cohort.
This position is from June 22, 2026 – September 4, 2026 (Monday and Friday).
The Candidate:
Collaborate directly with the Child Wellness (Summer Fun Program) Supervisor and Child Program Coordinator on activity plans and participant guidelines.
Provide lead on guiding program safety plans in their participant cohort, including Incident Reporting.
Collaborate with Wellness Program Supervisor and Child Program Coordinator for summer program youth employees, including understanding goals, needs, and abilities of youth employees to provide guidance & mentorship.
