Experience & Qualification Criteria:
Degree/Diploma
Industry experience selling top nutritional brands
Sales management experience of at least 3-5 years
Experience running a profitable sales team
Conducting performance reviews, setting up targets, coaching and developing the sales team
Strong leadership skills
Research and analysing market trends
Forecasting, and developing strategies for growing the product brand into the UK market
