Job Summary:
Servers/Server Assistants provide daily service to the membership, creating personal and catered member experience. Servers take food and beverage orders, make accurate order accommodations, and serve in a timely basis.
Excellent member experience and service is a primary objective. To deliver elevated levels of service, teamwork, and cooperation with work peers is essential. Individuals should possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome members, present menus and offer beverages.
Take accurate food/drink orders and send it to kitchen in a timely manner.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
Clear and reset table settings.
Preparation and replenishing of condiments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
Must be Smart Serve certified or currently pursuing Smart Serve certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous serving experience is an asset.
Computers and POS (Point of Sale) experience an asset.
