This senior, hands-on engineering role sits at the center of a high-impact digital transformation initiative for a leading financial services environment. You will design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions that power knowledge-enabled contact center capabilities, working closely with enterprise architects and cross-functional stakeholders. Acting as the primary onshore technical lead, you will bridge communication and execution between client teams and offshore engineers. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise combined with strong integration and solution design capabilities in a regulated environment. You will contribute directly to architecture decisions while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations.
