Through hands-on leadership, coaching, and operational support, you’ll help drive daily excellence while building an engaged, trusting, and high-performing team. Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
Work closely with the Department Manager to execute departmental strategies and achieve stated goals and performance objectives.
Support team development through training, coaching, motivation, and recognition while maintaining a high level of trust, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Build a positive, collaborative team culture by leading regular huddles to share goals, celebrate successes, strengthen product knowledge, and encourage two-way feedback.
Bring our food experience to life by preparing and cooking fresh offerings for our hot and cold bar and grill stations.
