Position Summary:
The Community Integration Worker is responsible for providing services to school-aged children challenged by a developmental and/or intellectual disability, in order to facilitate their integration into the community. Primary responsibilities include: assessment, individual program and family support planning and intervention.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Must be familiar with and provide services in compliance with prescribed agency, ministry and legal standards.
