We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Energy Sector clients in a contract capacity!

Deliverables
Administer employee benefits programs end-to-end, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and retirements while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Provide advisory support to employees and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, explaining plan details, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Manage and reconcile benefits data, ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and accurate reporting across internal systems and third-party administrators.
Support compliance, audits, and process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and member experience.
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration or consulting within HR or enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
Experience performing data reconciliation, analysis, and validation using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with third-party vendors and supporting audits, reporting, and program administration processes.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
