Service Manager
Fort Erie Toyota is looking for a driven, process-focused Service Manager to lead our service department. The Opportunity:
As Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day service operations, while helping implement processes and policies that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee day-to-day service operations
Coach and develop Service Advisors to improve performance and customer experience
Ensure strong execution of advisor walkarounds and proper vehicle write-ups
Drive Hours Per RO, Effective Labour Rate, and overall service department performance
Implement and maintain processes that improve efficiency and consistency
Handle customer escalations professionally and effectively
