You're a marketer who believes the best customer relationships are built offer by offer, moment by moment. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of high-impact engagement programs that keep our customers connected to the value Avion Rewards delivers every day.
What will you do?
Help shape how decisions are made
– You’ll assist in the development of the marketing plans and execution to support our customer engagement goals.
Launch Test & Learns
– You’ll design, manage and bring to life marketing offer tests that drive customer engagement. You’ll review data, set up the right hypothesis, launch impactful marketing campaigns, measure what matters and translate results into clear recommendations that make our next campaign even better than our last.
Bring New Ideas to Life
– You’ll partner with product, business and internal and external teams to launch new features
