Infosys is seeking aServiceNow Lead. In this role, you will c onfigure and enhance ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, SLAs, notifications, and approvals. You will also Develop and support CSM capabilities including Case/Interaction experiences, routing, and end-to-end workflow automation. Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience and hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments.
