Responsibilities Reports directly to the Marketing Manager Manage all sales activity generated from our internet sales department Maintain the follow up process perfectly Oversee and Manage all aspects of departmental daily operation Develop and maintain excellent relationships with both potential and existing customers Increase department performance and productivity Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately Requirements Superior communication and customer service skills Excellent telephone skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with other Professional demeanor with respect to dress, speech, behavior Working knowledge of the sales process and familiarity wi
