Shift Leader Full-Time
Starting $20.00 per hour (up to $25 per hour based on experience and responsibility)
Must have open availability (opening, closing, overnight, and weekends). No restrictions.
Availability 6am-12 am. Includes Saturday and Sunday.
Job Expectations
People
Demonstrates and reinforces the leadership behaviors and basic people minimums (uniforms, crew schedules, communication sessions, etc.)
Executes any established plans to increase employee's loyalty, satisfaction and pride with the McDonald's experience.
Knows, enforces, and educates crew on all appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures.
Develops, shares knowledge and experience, trains and coaches crew.
Contributes to crew performance appraisals.
QSC/Sales Building
Maintains critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
Models performance standards for all crew stations and maintenance.
Effectively uses of tools and forms to ensure optimum QSC and assigns and/or moves crew within positions to meet volume demands.
Manages shifts and/or areas without supervision.
Effectively supports marketing and promotions to maxi
