We are looking for an Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and operational procurement support across digital and offline media teams. This role is focused on ensuring the smooth execution of the full purchasing and contracting lifecycle—from budget verification and purchase request creation to contract coordination, invoice processing, and accurate cost allocation across multiple budget sources. Please note: this is a temporary position (fixed-term contract) Key Responsibilities Managing budget-related activities, including planning, plan-vs.-actual analysis, and budget balance transfers; Conducting the contractual process and document flow with contractors in coordination with marketing communications managers, legal, and finance departments; Preparing draft agreements; Monitoring NDA execution and compliance for new counterparties, as well as tracking the status of existing contracts; Coordinating contracts with all relevant departments and stakeholders; Monitoring contract execution, exchanging closing documents (acts), and preparing reports on completed work; Maintaining documentation records, including sorting, organizing, and archiving document
