PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To manage and strategically develop key fast food accounts by ensuring sustainable sales growth, operational excellence, high service level, profitability, and strong cross-functional coordination. The KAM acts not only as operational support, but as a business owner responsible for client growth, profitability, governance, and long-term partnership development. Main responsibilities & expected results: Commercial & Client development Develop strategic relationships with key fast food clients Identify growth opportunities and proactively drive sales development Lead commercial negotiations with clients Analyze assortment, pricing,category performance & identify optimization opportunities Support new listings, restaurant openings, and expansion projects Operational & Supply chain steering Coordinate daily cooperation between client, stores, Supply Chain, Logistics, FSD, and Operations Ensure high product availability and service level Monitor stock quality, expiry risks, OOS, non-deliveries and operational issues Support forecasting & demand planing alignment and proactive risk escalation Ensure proper communication flow during supply shortages or operational inc
