Responsibilities: Maintenance of company's aligned stock level by demand analyzing, order processing, logistical route analyzing in collaboration with logistical department; maintenance of expiry dates of the product for smooth rotation of goods if any; Demand forecasting; Prepare regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and risks; Collaborate with offer and sales department to actual assortment data and demand; Collaborate cross-functionally with partners to improve Business Development processes; Reporting; Participating in workshop and projects; Owner of supplier master data management, including change of article’s ordering status, lead time and COT/MD+ settings; Collaborate with GR and ACD department to improve the product acceptance processes; Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing plans to mitigate these risks; Communicate with vendors regarding order status or delivery issues to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain; Support continuous improvement initiatives within the order management process.
