Introduction
The Jim Pattison Auto Group has an exciting opportunity for an Appointment Coordinator to join our Toyota Downtown dealership. In this role, you will support the Service Department by managing customer appointments, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest.
As an Appointment Coordinator, you take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining clear and timely communication, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Schedule: This is a part-time role with a consistent schedule of 8-hour shifts on Saturdays.
Pay Range: $21.63 hourly.
This role reports to the Fixed Operations Manager of the dealership.
