The Opportunity
We are looking for a Director, Business Development to build and lead a high-performing BD function at Inline Group. This is a player-coach role that blends team leadership with active, hands-on business development.

Core Mandate:
Build and run a high-performing BD machine while remaining an active contributor on pursuits. You own the system — pipeline health, team development, win rates, and making sure the right opportunities reach the right BDMs at the right time — but you are also hands-on in the market.
